1950's era Salvaged Canvas Tote Bag

Durable, worn in canvas salvaged from a WWII era US military duffle bag has been reworked into a versatile tote bag. Perfect for every day use or for a short weekend getaway.

The material used to construct this bag is over 60 years old but still in great condition. Any discoloration of the fabric is the result of many years of natural wear and aging.

Fully lined with beige cotton canvas, this bag features an exterior pocket just the right size for your phone, a large interior pocket (9" x 11") that will comfortably hold a wallet and phone, toiletries, notebook etc. Leather boot and handles are made from beautiful, top grain cow hide. This leather is tough enough to last a life time, but soft and supple enough for comfort.

Bag measures approximately - 21" wide, 15" tall, 7" deep. Strap drop - 6.5"

Optional add-on: an adjustable, removable leather shoulder strap and buckle closure can be added for an extra cost. To see an example of this please click here (this is not a photo of the bag you will receive, but a photo of what the shoulder strap & closure will look like on the bag listed here).

Much time and care is put into making every Forestbound Original one of a kind. Proudly made in the USA.
