Durable, worn-in ticking fabric salvaged from a 1940's era mattress cover has been reworked into a small every day bag.
The material used to construct this bag is over 70 years old but still in the most wonderful condition. Any discoloration of the fabric is the result of many years of natural wear and aging.
Fully lined with olived colored cotton, this side bag can easily hold the smaller items you use throughout your day - a notebook, iPad, books, etc. One good-sized inside pocket can comfortably fit a wallet, ipod, phone, etc.
Closes with leather cord & an antique leather button.
Shoulder strap and bottom corner reinforcements made from soft, brown cowhide.
Measures approximately 13in wide, 12in tall, 3.5in deep.
Much time and care is put into making every Forestbound bag one of a kind.
