1940's era Canvas and Leather Carryall - SOLD

Durable, worn-in canvas salvaged from a 1940's era railroad bag used to store beans has been turned into a perfect every day carryall.

The material used to construct this bag is over 70 years old but still in the most wonderful condition. Printing from the original canvas has been incorporated into this tote to highlight the unique nature of the material. Any discoloration of the fabric is the result of many years of natural wear and aging.

Fully lined with textured beige cotton, this large carryall can easily hold everything you need during the day. Two good-sized inside pockets as well as one outer pocket can comfortably fit a wallet, ipod, phone, etc.

Straps made from soft, medium brown cowhide.

Measures approximately 17in wide, 15in tall, 4in deep.

Much time and care is put into making every Forestbound bag one of a kind.
