Durable, worn-in ticking fabric salvaged from a 1930's era mattress cover has been paired with a 1940's era canvas work apron and turned into a perfect every day carryall.
The material used to construct this bag is over 80 years old but still in the most wonderful condition. Printing from the original canvas has been incorporated into this tote to highlight the unique nature of the material. Any discoloration of the fabric is the result of many years of natural wear and aging.
Fully lined with textured beige cotton, this large carryall can easily hold everything you need during the day. Two good-sized inside pockets as well as two outer pockets can comfortably fit a wallet, ipod, phone, etc.
Shoulder straps & bottom reinforcement made from soft, oil tanned black cowhide.
Measures approximately 19in wide, 16in tall, 4.5in deep.
Much time and care is put into making every Forestbound bag one of a kind.
