WWII era Salaged Canvas Tote Bag

Durable, worn in canvas salvaged from a WWII era US military barracks bag has been combined with canvas from a WWII era US military shelter half and thoughtfully reworked into a versatile tote bag. Perfect for every day use or for a short weekend getaway.

The material used to construct this bag is over 60 years old but still in great condition. Any discoloration of the fabric is the result of many years of natural wear and aging.

Fully lined with beige cotton canvas, this bag features an exterior pocket, a large interior pocket (9" x 11") that will comfortably hold a wallet and phone, toiletries, notebook etc. Leather boot and handles are made from beautiful, top grain cow hide. This leather is tough enough to last a life time, but soft and supple enough for comfort.

Bag measures approximately - 20" wide, 15" tall, 7" deep. Strap drop - 6.5"

An adjustable, removable shoulder strap is available as an add on for this bag. Please click here.

Much time and care is put into making every Forestbound Original one of a kind. Proudly made in the USA.
