1960's era Boyscout Pack Weekender
Sturdy tan canvas salvaged from a 1960's era Boyscout pack has been taken apart and carefully reworked into a a perfect weekend bag. The original pack was covered in patches and we wanted to incorporate all of them into this bag! As well as a hand printed Forestbound logo tag. This bag is made entirely out of the materials from this one pack only even though we transformed it into a much different shape and size.
The fabric used to construct this bag approximately 50 years old but still in the most wonderful condition. Any discoloration of the fabric is the result of many years of natural wear and aging.
Fully lined with brown cotton canvas, this large bag can easily hold everything you need during the day or for a weekend away. Three inner pockets can comfortably fit a wallet, ipod, phone, etc.
This bag includes an adjustable, removable leather shoulder strap. Features super sturdy brass hardware.
Handles made from canvas webbing salvaged from the original Boyscout pack.
Bag measures approximately 19 in wide, 14 in tall, 4.5 in deep.
Strap drop approximately 4.5 in.
