1930's era Denim Work Apron and Military Canvas Carryall

Sturdy, beautifully worn-in denim salvaged from a 1930s era Carter's work apron has been paired with WWII era US military canvas and turned into a perfect everyday carryall.

The material used to construct this bag is over 80 years old but still in the most wonderful condition. Many of the original elements from the apron have been included in this tote to highlight the unique nature of the material. Any discoloration of the fabric is the result of many years of natural wear and aging.

Fully lined with brown cotton canvas, this large bag can easily hold everything you need during the day or for a weekend away. Two large inner pockets can comfortably fit a wallet, ipod, phone, etc. Two smaller outer pockets from the original apron can fit a few pencils or pens.

Straps made from WWII era olive green cotton webbing.

Leather closure and a removable shoulder strap made from medium brown 10oz cowhide.

Bag measures approximately 18 in wide, 13 in tall, 7 in deep.

Strap drop approximately 6.5 in.

Much time and care is put into making every Forestbound bag one of a kind.
