19th Century Japanese Boro Apron and World War 1 era Waxed Canvas Carryall

An incredibly beautiful and perfectly worn in nineteenth century Japanese boro cotton apron has been carefully paired with World War 1 era waxed canvas and turned into a sturdy every day carryall. Features a lot of great details - outer pocket made from the top section of the boro apron, WWII era brass D rings for attaching a keychain or anything else you desire, and a hand printed Forestbound tag.

The material used to construct this bag approximately 100+ years old but still in the most wonderful condition. Any discoloration of the fabric is the result of many years of natural wear and aging.

Fully lined with brown cotton canvas, this large bag can easily hold everything you need during the day or for a weekend away. Two large inner pockets can comfortably fit a wallet, ipod, phone, etc.

Shoulder straps and bottom boot made from soft, 4oz dark brown cowhide.

Bag measures approximately 18 in wide, 13 in tall, 6 in deep.

Strap drop approximately 11 in.

Much time and care is put into making every Forestbound bag one of a kind.
